CONTEMPORARY FUSION

An animalistic, flowing contemporary fusion class that explores a wide range of movement qualities.

Monika combines guided improvisation with technical exercises, focusing on awareness of transitions between movements. Dancers are encouraged to adapt the choreography to their own physical abilities and to work with - rather than agains - their limitations. Emphasis is placed on individual movement language, inviting each dancer to discover and express their unique "movement color." Monika’s style is shaped by diverse influences from the many dance metropolises she has encountered on her journey.

JAZZ

In Monika’s jazz classes, the focus is on lyrical, dynamic, and feminine choreography. Each class begins with a warm-up and progresses into across-the-floor exercises that combine technique with groovy movement qualities.

The choreography plays with contrasts - soft and sharp, slow and fast, small and expansive, isolated and fluid. Monika fuses her experiences from various dance styles and scenes to create expressive pieces. Monika’s jazz classes - whether you're 6 or 60 - ignite confidence, celebrate femininity, and empower you to own your body with pride and joy. It’s all about self-love, expression, and unapologetic girl power!

DANCE FOR KIDS

Monika's dance lessons for kids are intended to give the children an introduction to the diverse world of dance and a playful place for their creativity and imagination. A space for pure joy of movement. 

Dance bridges language barriers by creating a shared physical language. It supports children and teens in discovering how to move through space, interact in a group, and connect with music and rhythm. Classes help improve coordination, flexibility, posture, and body awareness, while also fostering self-confidence, trust, focus, discipline, and social skills.

Dance encourages creativity and teaches valuable lessons through the artistic process:
to create, to take risks, to make mistakes, to problem-solve collaboratively, to see something through, and to reflect on personal growth.
